What is Minds On Media?
Minds On Media (MOM) is a model of professional learning that respects the learner's 'desire to know'.
Teachers come to learn and we respect their choices in how they wish to do that. We want them to take a 'minds on' approach. It is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) event with a variety of centres focusing on being learners in the 21st century - the age of ubiquitous media.
Teachers move around the room visiting stations they choose, when they choose and engaging in conversation and tinkering with others. At the PUSH Your Learning Conference, teachers will come and go between sessions and Minds on Media. Come and play throughout the day!
